Before you start, you can check a number of things to ensure that TriFact365 works properly. In some cases it may be wise to consult with the system administrator of the organization.
The PC must have an up-to-date web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer).
The screen resolution can best be set to a minimum resolution of 1600x900px (standard 17-inch screen). With smaller screens and resolutions, the web application will not fit completely on the screen and must be “scrolled”.
The network security (for example the firewall) must allow communication over port 443 for Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) traffic. This is actually always the case. You do not need additional software to consult documents. If you want to view documents in the correct layout, you can write the report in PDF format. In that case you need Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available for free on the Adobe website.
Because the system can only be used via an internet browser, the system depends on the typical characteristics of the internet browser. It is therefore possible that the system does not always work as you are used to with other applications.
